Project Type: Corporate Training / Responsible AI
Client: Broham
My Role: Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Scenario Development, Visual Design, Interactive Development
Tools: Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Synopsis: An interactive eLearning experience designed to help employees make informed decisions about responsible AI use in the workplace. The course translates organizational AI guidelines into practical learning opportunities through realistic workplace scenarios, guided decision-making, and interactive activities.
The Problem: As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integrated into everyday work, employees need more than written policies to understand how to use AI responsibly. The challenge was to transform complex guidelines into an engaging learning experience that helps employees recognize potential risks, protect sensitive information, and make informed decisions when using AI tools.
Design Approach: I approached the course with a focus on application rather than passive information delivery. I developed realistic workplace scenarios that allow learners to evaluate situations, make decisions, and receive immediate feedback. Custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript interactions extended Rise 360’s native capabilities, while visuals created and refined in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop supported a cohesive learning experience.
The Solution: I developed a self-paced course in Articulate Rise 360 that combines concise instructional content, scenario-based interactions, and knowledge checks. Learners practice evaluating AI tools and intended uses, de-identifying sensitive information, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and making responsible decisions about sharing, connecting, and recording with AI. The course includes practical guidance and supporting resources learners can reference as needed.
